Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you need to place BDT 10,000 in bets.

• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time frame. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus bets may not count in certain games — for example, contributions from bonuses may be limited in table games.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household are not permitted.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If a member submits a request to close their own account.
